Kane Brown Partners with Lowes to Launch ‘100 Hometowns’


Lowe’s is celebrating their 100th Birthday by launching ‘100 Hometowns’ where they will complete 100 impact projects across America. From now until April, Lowe’s is inviting people to nominate hometown projects. In June they will give out 100 grants to  “to build, repair, beautify, inspire and improve 100 communities across America,”.

The ‘100 Hometowns’ will be launched with the help of award winning country music star, Kane Brown. Kane Brown is a former Lowe’s customer service associate at the Hixson Tenn. Lowe’s location and will be heading back to his hometown of Chattanooga to launch Lowe’s ‘100 Hometowns’ project.Brown’s hometown project will be repairing and renovating the East Lake Boys & Girls Club. 

“My community in Chattanooga has always been there for me, and I’m so excited to give back to my hometown this summer with Lowe’s,” said Brown. “We will be making renovations and repairs that will help the East Lake Boys & Girls Club continue to be the ‘home away from home’ for youth. This club is incredibly special – despite facing many challenges in 2020 due to COVID, they still found meaningful ways to support and uplift kids and families during an incredibly difficult time for everyone.”
