Researchers Succeed at Repairing Spinal Cord Injury with Stem Cells

An amazing feat has been made. “Scientists working out of Yale University and Japan’s Sapporo Medical University have been able to successfully repair spinal cord injuries using stem cells.” Researchers are hoping to bring back some movement to the patients who are suffering.

There are said to be trial flaws and not much knowledge on what will happen in the long term. Though the treatment is safe. “That the treatment won approval to be sold to patients is concerning,” says James Guest. Hopefully the treatment will end in a great discovery.
